According to my family, I talk during my sleep. Like- I say something and my sister replies and I answer back. I carry out really bizarre conversations sometimes. Like once, I told my sister to come to where I was and when she got closer and hugged me I yelled “GO AWAY!” and started rolling to the other side of my bed. The conversations aren’t usually as aggressive, but they are always pretty random.
My sister has told me that sometimes I even sort of sit up on my bed and even more rarely, open my eyes a bit. Sometimes I even use my hands to talk, like when I’m awake. And no, I don’t walk in my sleep.
Then, there’s also the fact that I clench my teeth A LOT.
Also, I’ve never ad any trouble sleeping or any sleeping disorders before this.
And I don’t remember anything when I wake up.
What’s wrong with me? :S

Your general practice physician can probably order a sleep study, or polysomnograph. But it depends on what type of sleep disorder you suspect you have. Snoring, waking tired, drifting off to sleep during the day, are all symptoms of sleep apnea, the most common type of sleep disorder. Most cities over 50,000 people will have a hospital with a sleep lab in it.

I suffer obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. This disease means you are likely to stop breathing unconsciously which you may die before you notice you are suffocated…
The doctor told me it’s a slight one and it doesn’t matter if I make proper homecare.
Anybody know about it??? I need information to find any health products or health tips to get me better. Any health periodicals or magazines or healthcare websites are beneficial to me. Million thanks to you!!!!!

Two or three hours after I’ve fallen asleep, my boyfriend sometimes calls me on my cell phone, which I place right near my bed. According to my call log, I usually talk to him for 2 or 3 minutes (general, coherent sentences so he says), but when I wake up the next day, I have absolutely no recollection of speaking to him or of the phone ringing at all. This concerns me because I would like to be in control of my actions always, and this is a recurring thing (almost every time he calls at night). Please help! Thanks.
