Sleep Apnea Treatment

Question by DanielP: I just had a cpap titration for my sleep apnea, is that machine something you get used too?
I went to this and slept for about three hours and that’s it, was my first time using this machine.
I feel pretty rested and think I could get used to using it I am just trying to get the opinion of people who currently use this machine.

Daniel, Can you say life changing??? I did my sleep cpap titration over 5 years ago this June and I can tell you that you just did the hardest part, I have used my CPAP for over 5 years non-stop. When I travel if I have nothing else, I have my machine, that includes my wife. I do not know what mask you will pick, but that will be something that you will have to choose, I use the Mirage Swift Mask, and I love it. It offers in my opinion, more flexibility and I purchased the extended hose for about .00, not to expensive? Great move, one you will not regret. Congratulations!!!
