Yes it can be bad for you. I have always had sleep problems. I generally don’t get to sleep til around 3 am then have to be up with kids anywhere between 5 and 7. Ambien is the only thing that has helped me get to sleep at a decent hour. Go to the doc. Get a sleep study done.

Last night, I woke up with pains in my chest(what felt like heart area) and when I took a few deep breaths, the pain began to go away and I fell back to sleep. Could this be sleep apnea and because I wasnt breathing, my heart was not functioning properly, and therefore causing the pain?? I’m scared about this.

it seems as though my body forgets to breathe sometimes. my blood oxygen level will drop to the 70s if i don’t use oxygen. i sleep with a BiPap for the sleep apnea. additionally, the environment has to be extremely cool for me to be able to breathe comfortably. can someone tell me why i am having these issues?

I do not remember walking to the other room at all.
I’m aware that it is sleep walking ,but I fear that I would walk out of my house or cut off all my hair or something. Any suggestions besides seeing a doctor?
