What is the best solution for sleep apnea?

I have sleep apnea but Im sure i do not want to use a c-pap or an a-pap machine. Just looking for the next best solution.

Is There A Sleep Disorder And/or A Solution For Someone Who Never Gets Rem Sleep?

I have taken several overnight sleep studies and I spend either NO time or very little time in stage 4 or REM sleep. I want to know if this is why I am so tired everyday. I also want to know if this is a specific disorder and if so what is the treatment?
