Sleep Apnea Treatment

Question by Mi Chiamo JAY !!: My snoring supposedly was the cause of my wife not wanting to sleep with me, but now I took care of it ?
and she is snoring. About a year ago when this started, I asked my wife to wear ear-plugs, as she complained about my constant snoring keeping her up. I decided enough is enough, after not sleeping together for over a year and our sex life suffering, I went in for a sleep test and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Now I use one of those CPAP masks. Its hard to get used to and I still have some nights where it bothers me.

Problem is since she has gained weight, after having two babies, now she snores and its loud. I wake her up and she gets soo frustruated. I think its very unfair. I’ve asked her to get it under control and she ignores me.

. It is a little bit price-y but hey if you know of someone who can’t sleep and you they have that sleep apnea and are at risk for even death then the price should be covered by insurance I think. Tell me if you find it helpful

i wish i could afford the operation , my husband ends up sleeping on the sofa because of my snoring lol

Does it work in the long run? Am planning on getting this for my husband who snores very badly and has sleep apnea…makes him always tired and doesn’t sleep very well…it will also help with our cuddling Just wanted to find out if it works.

My husbnad snores as loud as a Dinosaur !!
He does not have any symptoms of Sleep Apnea and we have tried Everything available in the pharmacy .
Nothings has helped……….can someone recommend something please !!
We r now sleeping in different rooms.
