Do I Have Sleep Apnea Or Should I Stop Smoking?
Posted by: Alan in Obstructive Sleep Apnea, tags: Apnea., Have, Should, Sleep, Smoking, StopI can get 10 hours of sleep and still feel very tired in the morning, come to think about it, I don’t think I’ve woken up feeling refreshed in years. I had my tonsils out to prevent ‘obstructive sleep apnea’ and it has helped with sore throats but hasn’t made my sleeping patterns any different. When I fall asleep, I stay asleep, rarely wake up and rarely move even though I am an extremely light sleeper always. I try to go to bed and wake up at the same times. It’s like I’m exhausted every single evening from a normal day. Do I have sleep apnea or could it be caused by smoking cigarettes?
