Question by mark: my sleep study says negative for obstructive sleep apnea?
does that mean i have central sa. what can i do for it. cpap is not helping

ask the doc, who knows, i’m not trying to spook you, the study might be wrong, ask them to retake it, or they put you under some sort of strong drug, that may be to keep you sleeping

the doc has me on a cpap. its not working. i cant get enough air going to my nose.

I will be getting surgery to correct a deviated septum soon and I have noticed that despite exercising and eating right as i always do normally, I have gained a bit of weight. My doctor says sleep apnea messes us your metabolism. Is there anything I can do? Can I still loose the weight I gained before my surgery? :(
