I have the same problem. my body feels kind of like it is full of energy, kind of like a tingly feeling but more extreme than when your foot falls asleep and you dont have the tickling sensation. i looked these symptoms up on the e-net and closest thing i found was that its the begining of an OBE. outer body expierience. i know that sounds wierd but if you look it up those symptoms are related. once when this happend i got passed the paralized sensation i got up from bed and started to open the door. and i felt stupid for doing so for some reason and then some one was trying to open the door and i was holding the handle so it wouldnt open but i wasn’t really scared for some reason. after that i was instantly back in my bed like i just woke up and was dreaming it but i thought it was real. i havn’t found a answer to this by medical terms yet.

I’ve never had a sleeping disorder (even though i may have one now but i doubt it). The problem is that the less sleep i get, the harder i find it to fall asleep at night, as i’m ‘Overtired’?…
Recenlty, i’ve had bags under my eyes for prolonged amounts of time, and always seem to wake up tired…
So how can i get a good nights sleep, every night?
Answers greatly appreciated

I started out w/ 3 mg like the bottle recommended, but it didn’t really do anything so I doubled the dose. It still didn’t have an effect so finally I just went all out. Is that normal? I’ve had problems falling asleep my whole life, is it possible I’m like insensitive to melatonin?
