What is the best way for me to sell a CPAP machine(used for Sleep Apnea)?

I no longer use it, as I have found relief using a SnoreGuard. I have tried to sell it locally to my city on Craigslist. This has proven ineffective. The original cost was about $1600. I would sell it for starting price of $800. Any ideas of other better reached selling websites?
