How do I deal with Isolation from Parents/Peers?

After going through severe bipolar depression and major sleep apnea, I think people are starting to turn their backs on me. My parents are divorced and my dad and step-mother are always out to make my mom look like someone who doesn’t care about her child. If he really cared about me, he wouldn’t have told my sister that he and his wife were starting to give up on me. He has never been involved in anything, and always insists that he has the hardest part because he pays child support when my mother could be taking some really big money out of his pockets. He hardly knows what is going on and always says that we never tell him anything because he never asks.
My mom is scaring me too. She spends a lot of time outside and doesn’t really talk to me that much. I think that she is beginning to get depressed as well.
As for my friends, I took a school trip and shit hit the fan. We began fighting, verbally and we became completely estranged. His father really kicked things in to gear when he walks in my hotel room and screams at me saying, “I’m tired of your dramatic F******* bull S***.” Then he told me that I was going to end up in the same place I was before. Crisis Center.
I don’t know what to do. I am kicking into panic mode right now! How do I get my life back on track?
