I recently left a job through which I had health insurance and am now self employed and need to find an individual policy for myself.

Anyway, the person cannot go to sleep. There is something physically preventing them from sleeping, and they never sleep. I know that it eventually leads to death, and that it’s rare. Forgive me if my details are a bit sketchy or not accurate; however, I don’t remember much about it, I just remember discussing it in one of my classes about a year or so ago. I put this in the Psychology section, because I learned about it in a Psychology class. Anyone know what i’m talking about, and could possibly give me the clinical name for it, so that I could read more about it? Thanks!
