Very Large Nasal Polyps For Last 40 Years Am 52 Yrs Now Polyps Size Highly Increased Breathing Problem What?

There is a big hole in the septum now, & the polyps push through the hole and block my entire nose tightly. No amount of nasal drops have any effect now. I also have obstructive sleep apnea, I am suffering terribly. What shall I do? I also suffer from hypertention(high blood pressure). I am not a diabetic. Am I a fit candidate for surgery? Is there any other way of removing the polyps? Please help.
