Sleep Apnea Treatment

Question by : Just been told I have sleep Apnea..Studied the CPAP system. How hard is it to actually sleep with this system?

I think when you first start it, it can be pretty annoying, but after you get used to it, you should be able to see a huge difference in the way you feel… I know many people who have to use cpap machines and they can’t believe how much more energy they have and how much better they feel… Good Luck…

both my parents have this and they both use the cpap machine, it is INCREDIBLY helpful, but it is not the only way to treat it. I am not quite sure what the other ways are, but I know that there are some.
