Sleep Apnea Treatment

Person is about to fall asleep and aside from the usual small jumps or jerking, there’s this other added symptom now; person sees in the mind that she’s doing some type of work with her hand, whether it is wringing of a garment, stirring a pot of food, etc.
This person is definetely overworked, extremely active, pretty worried about things (has two ill people, one who needs permanent care), and is almost always stressed out.
Could this be what’s affecting her? She’s had other sleeping problems in past years.
