Question by adasdasdas: SLEEPING DISORDER. can’t sleep for 1 month now. i just close my eyes, but dont fall asleep why?

its the same way with me i just think of stuff and cant sleep, do you have anything to worry about that is stopping you from sleeping?
use a lavendar spray on your pillow it will help you sleep otherwise visit the doctor

what is the disorder called it where you eat and immediately you have to sleep ?Not nocturnal sleep-related eating disorder (NS-RED) i have suffered from that.Like i said the person eats and then falls asleep.Thank you
