Is The Fact That I Cannot Sleep With Someone Else In The Bed Or Room A Sleep Disorder?

I cannot share a bed and sometimes not even a room with anyone at night because I cannot sleep. I am very worried I will fail to have normal relationship one day because of this. I have been told this is just a caprice of mine, but it truly isn’t, it is something very disturbing I have to deal with and I dont know how.
