Sleeping Disorder? Why Do I Do This Everytime I Try And Sleep?
Posted by: Alan in Sleep Disorder, tags: Disorder, Everytime, Sleep, Sleeping, ThisI this problem when I try and go to sleep I will have started to fall asleep and about 5-15 minutes in I will jerk my self awake or make say things and it wakes me up. Does anyone know why this is happeneing?? I know it sounds crazy but I need a full nights rest and am desperate for anyone with some advice!!!!! Its is driving me and BF crazy!!!
