I seem to slip into dreaming before I sleep and this causes a sudden sense of panic, anxiety, difficulty breathing or feeling of abnormal breathing. It also causes constant and repeated, and I must stress constant and repeated, sleep paralysis. I go into sleep paralysis and it takes me about 10-20 seconds to break out of it. It happens over and over and over in one night and it is incredibly frightening. I take medicine for anxiety disorder and I don’t think it does much, I don’t even know if it’s really anxiety disorder, but I guess it must be since i’m constantly terrified. But I digress. Does this sound like a sleep disorder anyone has heard of. I also feel like I have hypersomnia. I will sleep for 10-15 hours if undisturbed and feel awful all day. I’m constantly tired and feel like I am underwater, or in a dream, or lacking a sense of gravity, or a combination of all these things. It’s terrible. I don’t know where I’m going with this. Somebody help me please somebody help me please please or tell me where I can get help. I think about the idea of suicide to get rid of these awful sensations but don’t worry I’d never do it i’m too scared of death. It just makes me so sad that I would even think about such a thing. I’ve seen therapists and psychiatrists, who knows how much they have helped. Don’t give me any religious bullshit, please.

In about 7 hours of sleep I wake up atleast 5 times. Usually during a dream because I remember them all. Is this racing thoughts or some other kind of mental illness disorder or a sleep disorder of some kind, or both or somthing else? Thanks for the help.
