Sleep Apnea Treatment

I have a sleeping disorder called sleep paralysis, it happens once to twice a week for about a year now. I have been in the Navy since 2007. I would like to go to medical about the situation and have it diagnosed and treated, but am fearful for repercussions, mainly medical discharge. I love the Navy and would like to be in it until my enlistment ends in 2011, so I don’t want to tell the doctor if it might get me discharged.
