i don’t think so. sleep apnea is usually caused by a narrowing of the throat when sleeping

Sleep apnea is not a psycholigical disease its a repiratory disease. It can cause insulin resistance without obesity.

I have been told that if I do not sleep through the night, snore, feel tired and groggy when I do have to get up that I may have sleep apnea and that it is very dangerous….
