Question by mande: Will deep throating help cure sleep apnea? I’m serious!?
This is not a gag question (excuse the pun!).
I’m dead serious.
Will deep throating help a person relax, and/or stretch their throat wider, which I would think in theory would help them reduce their sleep apnea.
What do you think?
Save the rude or joke comments please, I’m absolutely serious with this question.
To the person who called me an idiot…
There was an Austrian study recently that found that people playing the digeridoo decreased their sleep apnea by quite a bit, by conditioning their throat to open up more. Look it up.
So I thought this made sense, as it would be doing pretty much the same thing, perhaps even better.
So if I’m an idiot, then so are those Austrian researchers.

I doubt it. But if it works for you, then knock yourself out.

question by Peter Killian : Is there a sleep disorder that prevents you from achieving a deep and restful sleep until just before dawn? Every time I go to bed (10-2 away), I mainly take a nap. Then I come for a few hours, slipping in and out Schlaf.Aber come early morning, just before dawn, I tend to reach finally a deep sleep, and I can sleep through the rest of the morning, sometimes as Nachmittag. Ist think this is a Schlafstörungen.Ich, I should also mention that I drink a lot, but not every day (I say four or five days a week, two or three days of order). best answer: response Humpty Dumpty
I will think it sounds more like you mixed your days and nights a little. Some people sleep better in the early morning. It could be worse, because the world is, thus Menschen.Ich to say that many people with mental health problems to stay up late at night and sleep during the day.

My boyfriend has been working the same job for 4 years and has to get up at 5am everyday and be at work at 7am but for some reason he never hears his alarm clock and has 3 set. Hes 24 and I think its pathetic that his mom and dad have to wake him up or he will miss work. sometimes he will hear it but not often. Im a very light sleeper so do not understand how his parents hear his alarms when he is downstairs n they are upstairs with their door shut! He goes to bed by 8-9pm everynight so what is the problem! He says he hits snooze in his sleep and doesnt realize it and sometimes just doesnt hear it at all!
-Hes had blood taken and isnt low on iron or anything.
1. Is this normal? Is this a sleep disorder?
2.Any suggestions or alarms that work?
