Sleep Apnea Treatment

I do not remember walking to the other room at all.
I’m aware that it is sleep walking ,but I fear that I would walk out of my house or cut off all my hair or something. Any suggestions besides seeing a doctor?

Lately, I can’t fall asleep, I’ll lay in bed for hours with the lights off, trying to sleep. When/if I do finally fall asleep, it’s a very restless sleep and I wake up easily or I have terrifying dreams that wake me up. I also get terrible headaches in my sleep.
Do you know what this might be? And is it serious enough that I should see a doctor? If I don’t need a doctor, what are some home-made things that I could do?

So Im a night person so I don’t go to bed till around one in the morning. When I finally fall asleep I’ll sleep for about two hours before I wake up thinking Im somewhere different. I wake up thinking Im at work, or at school or driving my car. Half of me knows that Im in my room but the other half thinks Im elsewhere. So every night I’ll get out of bed and go about doing things as if I was at work,school, or driving my car. It is so strange because i know Im doing it but I don’t at the same time. I never really know how long I stand up and do the stuff for but I know it must be awhile because in the morning Im exhausted. Is this insomnia or another type of sleep disorder? What are your recommendations for helping me sleep better without waking up and thinking im somewhere else?

his machine broke,and all the company and insurance companys tell him is that he has to get 2 referals, and it would be some time before he can get a new sleep apnea machine (or to repair it).is there an easy way to pass all this red tape?
