Good day… may I ask if you’ll be able to bring me in to a website where I can be able to hear audio clips of an actual persons in a sleep laboratory who is being monitored for mild & obstructive sleep apnea? Thanks…

Google Audio has loads of little audio clips. if nothing there you can check wikipedia and other online encyclopedias.

Question by tammie722: I have sleep apnea. I am on a CPAP machine/full face mask. Any suggestions to be able to keep it on at night?
I currently have a full face mask on my machine. I first started keeping it on all night; but lately I can’t . I would appreciate any ideas/suggestions to help with this slight “problem”.
I’m not sure why I can’t; sometimes I feel “closed in” when I have it on. My doctor suggested contacting my medical supply company & see about getting another mask–maybe it isn’t fitting right. I was wondering if there was anything else I could do, as well.

You didn’t say WHY you can’t keep it on all night now. If you it is uncomfortable why not switch to nasal pillows and see if you like this. If the mask doesn’t fit right or slides then maybe it is time for a new mask. Post more info for more help.

I have sleep apnea (diagnosed in a sleep study). When I go to bed, I can fall asleep very quickly, but then I wake up. And after I wake up, then I can’t fall asleep again for a long time.

Does anyone else have this same problem? I can fall asleep very easily initially. But after I wake up again, then I have so much trouble sleeping.

I know this sounds strange, But if I don’t drink the beers, I will toss and turn all night, and If I do get to sleep, I only sleep for about 4 hours and am usless the next day….tired.
