im failing at school, weak, hardly able to move.
most nights im sleeping about 2 hours, and waking up every five minutes when i do get to sleep.
my doctor wants me to take some very strong sleeping medications, but at 13 i dont want to start on anything like that.
does anyone know of any natural remedies or calming techniques that actually work? thank you.

He sometimes does not breathe while sleeping and I can hear him gasp for breathe. But even worse than this problem is that he will fall asleep sitting on the sofa, you cannot wake him up and sometimes he will start kicking his leg. He has recently kicked our glass table top coffee table breaking a plate that was sitting on the table and scratching the glass. It took forever to get him awake even after this happened.

I have two ferrets that I have owned for awhile. I’ve owned ferrets for a few years now.
However, I got two ferrets last week. They are considerably larger than my first two, and very young, appx three months old.
I am wondering if it is a symptom of a problem when I pick them up and they are sleeping, they act exactly as if they are dead.
I’ve delivered my share of puppies, and have had to revive some, I used these methods on these little fellas, and they very slowly responded.
Then it took a couple of minutes for them to really act awake.
Its quite warm here, in the 90’s, and I keep a fan on their home, its a large three story enclosure, but I’m wondering if it may be the heat that causes them to act like that. My first two ferrets never do that, but they are smaller and older too.
Its pretty scary when it happens and I am wondering if anyone has ever experienced this.

I seem to slip into dreaming before I sleep and this causes a sudden sense of panic, anxiety, difficulty breathing or feeling of abnormal breathing. It also causes constant and repeated, and I must stress constant and repeated, sleep paralysis. I go into sleep paralysis and it takes me about 10-20 seconds to break out of it. It happens over and over and over in one night and it is incredibly frightening. I take medicine for anxiety disorder and I don’t think it does much, I don’t even know if it’s really anxiety disorder, but I guess it must be since i’m constantly terrified. But I digress. Does this sound like a sleep disorder anyone has heard of. I also feel like I have hypersomnia. I will sleep for 10-15 hours if undisturbed and feel awful all day. I’m constantly tired and feel like I am underwater, or in a dream, or lacking a sense of gravity, or a combination of all these things. It’s terrible. I don’t know where I’m going with this. Somebody help me please somebody help me please please or tell me where I can get help. I think about the idea of suicide to get rid of these awful sensations but don’t worry I’d never do it i’m too scared of death. It just makes me so sad that I would even think about such a thing. I’ve seen therapists and psychiatrists, who knows how much they have helped. Don’t give me any religious bullshit, please.
