I have done strange things while asleep and sometimes wake myself up or someone else wakes me up. But, I am always dreaming of someone attacking me and my body physically acts out these things:
such as me biting my arm continuously, yelling and screaming, kicking in the air, and crying, feeling intense emotion from anger to fear, etc.
*Why is this happening?
*And what sleep disorder involves biting oneself?
*Does this happen to anyone else…biting?
*I have been searching everywhere but have found nothing
