Well, I can not diagnose what you have now, you may want to take pictures of sleep and she sent me your address and schedule.

Question by **MoX**: Blue light for sleep disorder?
I have a severe sleep disorder since last year. I usually sleep at 4 or 6 am, and wake up at 12 or 2 pm. I had tried sleeping pills but they make feel with less energy during the day. I even had to change my working schedule to the afternoon because it has been impossible for me to wake up in the morning. Does someone knows at what time of the day apply blue light therapy in my particular case?

Thanks!

you mean daylight therapy..it’s for depression and people who can’t get enough sunlight.
Some people just aren’t day people..I’m one of them. I do NOT wake up (no matter what time I get up ) till after noon. I like to get to sleep about 6 am…I have to be a day person now, but it makes me crazy. Blue light therapy will not work. (been there done that…)
You need a place to sleep in TOTAL darkness, with no lights (red on a clock, cause it won’t bother you)..you need to wear yourself out (exercising, etc), read/relax….

had this problem too. I thought something was broken. I ended up with a sleep study done and it turned out that the problem is sleep apnea. I have a C-PAP and now I can get maybe once at night.
