Well I have sleep apnea and I go to bed at night with a breathing machine which really is nothing but air being blown in so you keep breathing regularly and it helps people from snoring. There is nothing to it the only bothersome thing is you sleep with a mask on .

the only treatment is a bi-pap machine it looks like a oxygen mask you put it on at night and it forces air into the lungs when apnea occures
