request of Skye * * : I wonder if I can have some sort of sleep disorder? I have a lot of problems sleeping at night, I can not take 45 minutes or more to sleep, only to. Then, when I sleep, usually unstable, and I wake up feeling more tired I am before, or if it is a deep sleep I have nightmares all night, I had to wake me oft.Außerdem found myself in a dream or two three times, and I wonder if I slept, walked more, but just not yet realized. Do you think I have a sleep disorder of some kind? If so, what? Should I consult a doctor? best answer:

You have something called insomnia.
Exercising, yoga and hot baths would definitely help you get a good night’s sleep. If you feel that this is related to a stress, I recommend using a pillow mist from Bath and Body Works (Aromatherapy)

My doctor sent me to a sleep clinic and it cost $4500 for the one night. And..all they came up with was i didn’t have sleep apnea!
About a half hour before bedtime, take a shower, lower the lights in the room and turn off the tv, try reading a book. Darkened rooms help release a chemical in your brain that helps make you sleepy.
Sleep walking is caused by stress. If you are having a particularly stressful time right now, this can cause sleep walking.
Perhaps your doctor could give you a mild sedative at bedtime (like Ambien) that will help you stay asleep. I’ve taken this and it isn’t a heavy duty medication. But it will help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Don’t worry, if the phone rings or the house catches on fire you’ll wake up.)
