try multivitamins with ginseng and Vit. E. Eat a balanced diet.

Talk to your doctor about this problem. I have a problem with falling asleep. Talked to the doctor and they gave me a prescription for some sleep pills that help me go to sleep and to stay asleep. Some prescription options are Lunesta, and Ambien. Many others pry out there. Talk to your doctor and see what they have to say.
