Does sleeping in a room without an Air Conditioner in hot weather make it hard for someone with Sleep Apnea?

I know Sleep Apnea makes it hard for someone to get a good nights sleep.

But does
Sleep Apnea + no Air Conditioner + Hot weather
make it HARDER
for someone to get a good nights sleep?
