I have them, but don’t know when I’m having them, and if anyone wakes me up while I’m having one I get really confused and scared at nothing, there called night terrors, and there HORRIBLE

It’s called Night Terrors. My child had it for a few months, the good thing is that the child having it does not remember it. it’s really hard on the parents to see though.
