issue of Antic Cafe ♥ ♥ O (≧ ∀ ≦) o : I’m 15 and I think I have a sleep disorder? I have problems sleeping at night and when I did finally fall asleep I can do to sleep 12 hours or more, if my mother did not wake up and when I wake up, I am still very, very tired. Should I consult a doctor? Help please. best answer:

    yes you should see the doctor… it could be so many things… just hope is nothing serious…

    also, whatch your nutrition and learn about eating healthy to make sure you don’t have anemia etc etc and are getting proper nutrition.

    I am 16 and I’m also experiencing the same thing you’re going through. I take around 2 hours just to fall asleep if I’m not already passing out and I can sleep more than 12 hours if nothing wakes me up. I learned to live with it that’s why I’m answering this question @3am.

    I can turn nocturnal during the summer or when there are school breaks.
    I personally think it’s stupid that we have to sleep.. Why waste time right?

    Go to a doctor and please tell me what he says.
