By realizing that you have decreased your chances of a heart attack, are going to have more restful sleep at night and get rid of the daytime fatigue that you probably have had for a long time. Many, many people have these and the benefits far outweigh the inconvenience. As time goes one, your head and face will adjust to having this in place and you will feel better overall when you no longer have sleep apnea that has not been treated.

I have got CPAP also. I’ve gotten to like it when I’m going to sleep. It gives me a sense of security I didn’t have before. I know I won’t stop breathing during the night And that let’s me relax and enjoy the sleep. I haven’t actually noticed a major difference in the daytime, like be more rested or awake without yawning constantly but it is improving.
Give it a chance. Make sure it fits you comfortably. Ask the company to send over a tech to adjust it or do whatever it takes to make you more comfortable with it. It’s been a Godsend for me. BTW I use the full face mask not just the nose piece which would drive me up a wall.
    God bless.
