my father has sleep apnea does and one know any thing that could help please?

please dont tell me he needs to go to a doctor beacuse he is going i was just wondering if any one knows some home remedies or tips to help him.

You can get a special sleep apnea mask that helps him breathe when he’s asleep.

he will have to have a sleep study done and he will be put on a cpap machine at night for it,there is nothing at home that could help him,he will need the machine

There aren’t really “home remedies”. If he is overweight, losing weight may help. His doc will probably put him on a breathing machine at night.
