I had septum straightened now the roof of my mouth vibrates and my snoring increases my breathing isn’t great sleeping what happened?

    sleep apnea is a progressive problem, the septoplasty probably just made you more aware, but the apnea was progressing all along.

    Surgery often makes other things worse. If you haven’t had a sleep study done for the apnea yet, I urge you to do it soon! I waited way too long and almost died. I had severe sleep apnea and now use a breathing machine at night. It was hard to get use to, but nearly dying was a whole lot worse!! I now sleep like a baby , feel rested in the morning , have added energy, and I no longer annoy my hubby with my snoring.
