    It’s up to the doctor to decide in the medical. If its being treated I don’t believe it should be an issue.

    In most areas sleep apnea is NOT a disqualifying condition for law enforcement, You really should discuss this with those in the area of law enforcement you are thinking about they can give you the perfect answer and be able to assist you in achieving your goal.

    Thank you for considering a very honorable profession and are willing to serve your community.

    Take care, and remember, you always say an extra prayer for those in uniform, whether they be in the military or in community service.
