Yes, I have just been diagnosed with this myself and have started with a CPAP machine yesterday. I have setup a site for discussion and will be detailing how I am doing, i would love to hear how you guys are doing as well. I have sleep apnea. After over-night sleep study, my sleep doctor prescribed a CPAP machine which forced air into a full face plastic mask while I slept .This helped a lot, but breathing out was hard, now a similar machine called a Bi-LEVEL.,where breathing out is easier.After 2 years with these machines, they have now added oxygen to the BI-LEVEL machine which makes breathing at night a lot better.

My husband was never diagnosed, but I thought he had it. He started on an anti-gluten (celiac) diet, and also an anti-yeast diet. Now he still snores, but regularly, without gasping for air, so much. He also notes he is sleeping better, than he was. We just recently started on a digestive enzyme supplement, and that seems to have had a positive effect on both of our ability to sleep.
