I pulled an all nighter 2 nights ago and power napped before I went to work yesterday. I have been exhausted and havent been able to sleep since. Could this be the signs of a starting sleep problem?

    I would highly doubt it. Your body clock is simply out of whack, ever heard the term your too tired to sleep?
    Your body is probably still under severe stress, I don’t think people realise how much stress it puts on your body.
    Hot shower, warm milk, watch something boring, do whatever helps you get to sleep!

    Sometimes your body and mind are actually “over- tired” so you can’t sleep.
