		<description>my SIL&#039;s son is 8? and has cerebral palsy and recently had his tonsils out for his sleep apnea...it did improve the problem. this should be something entered into with MUCH thought, not lightly...your child&#039;s ENT will be able to suggest the best course of action, whether it be a tonsillectomy or some other solution. good luck to you and your child!  apnea can be a very serious problem.</description>
