    You didnt give us info. If you cant sleep try some Goody PM Powders, take 2 . If you have a fan turn it on where you are sleeping. Just the sound helps me to sleep plus I cant stand to be hot when I sleep. We dont know what time you get up so we have no idea how long your in bed. You have to be sleeping some. Thyroid problems can cause a person to awaken several times at night or not be able to sleep so can stress, nerves and alot of other things so maybe elaborate a little more.

    hmm thats a tough one same thing happens to me but its because i cant clear my head and i think of everything thats happened to me lately and not lately thats fun hurts, bad, scary, and all that stuff.
    i dont have a sleeping disorder i just usually cant get to sleep intil 12:00 b/c i am thinking intently no matter if i want to or not..
    if its the same thing with you try listening to music or reading before bed that works b/c if u read a few chapts. in a book that will take up less time of u thinking of it than if u didnt and had to think of ALL ur recent events and things that scare u and everything.. ive also learned that music helps to b/c rite b4 i go to sleep i am usually humming that last song!

    and i liked ur questions and i thought i could help u out a bit on some of them like the preppy clothes question: i read that and understand that and u need to express urself as how u want to be, think u r or actually are! not who others expect u to be i promise it usually helps to come out of ur followers shell i tried it this year i have a lot more friends NOW then i did!
