It’s like sometimes my dreams become intertwine with real life. To the point that I can’t tell what’s real or not.
My dreams are sometimes vivid and seem like real life … I don’t think it’s mental.

Sounds like a mental disorder not a sleep disorder. See a shrink.

that would qualify as a psychosis, you need a psychiatrist.

Yeah this sounds a lot like derealization/depersonalization…common characteristic of depression and anxiety disorders.

There is a disorder called “non-Lucid Dreaming” that sometimes blurs dreams with reality… basically it’s like a dream that is SO realistic that it’s hard to tell that it’s really a dream. Hindus and others have written about it. Here’s a pretty good article that explains the differences in dreams

My dreams are always just like real life, but I can only think of two times I woke up and thought something I dreamed was real. There have been other times when I wasn’t quite sure which was which. I never thought of that as a sleep disorder.
