I do not remember walking to the other room at all.
I’m aware that it is sleep walking ,but I fear that I would walk out of my house or cut off all my hair or something. Any suggestions besides seeing a doctor?

Sleepwalking. It’s not a sleeping disorder unless it causes impairment in your life (like, you leave the house and therefore are putting yourself in dangerous situations when asleep)

Well, it could just be sleepwalking. But maybe you should do a little more research online or ask your doctor if you’re really concerned.

    Hey,

i wouldn’t worry to much about it.
I slept walk as a kid too like 3 times tho, i dunno how often you sleep walk.
However i hear sleep walking, you only tend to do things that you do on a dailey basis.
So for example you may sleep walk to your washroom and brush your teeth, or grab a cup of water and then go back to sleep.
So unless you cut your hair on the reg, i think you should b good, but if you sleep walk a lot you might want to check that out still.
