They look like band-aids. 
Put one on the bridge of your nose just before you
go to bed. They&#039;ll open your nasal passages. Just
be sure you&#039;ve washed your face thoroughly first--
because your skin must as free as possible of 
any dirt/oil/residue in order for them to work well.</description>

		<description>This sounds like sleep paralysis. It is a benign condition that is associated with narcolepsy, but may occur without any other evidence of a sleep disorder. A sleep specialist would be the person to talk with, but from what you say, I think it is unlikely that there is an underlying sleep disorder.</description>
