Sometimes in the morning, when I over sleep, It gets hard to breathe and I can barely move my body. I can barely open my eyes and it like I’m half asleep.

This is a phenomenon occurs when your body suddenly wakes up from REM sleep.
During the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) cycle, the body is paralyzed (it’s a defense mechanism that prevents you from acting out and hurting yourself during your dreams). When you suddenly wake up from REM sleep, the paralysis will persist from a few seconds to a few minutes, which can lead to panic.
Don’t freak out — this isn’t dangerous. Just relax and wait for your brain to realize you’re awake.
