It might be a sleep disorder . The best thing to do is you need to create a calm environment and get rid of stress which might be the main cause of sleep disorders.

If you can’t sleep at night and you’re having trouble waking up in the morning, chances are you’re suffering from insomnia.
It’s a very common sleep disorder, and millions of people experience it at some point. It’s important to find the root of the problem, and learn ways to overcome your sleeplessness so that it doesn’t become a chronic, or long-term, problem.
Sometimes too much stress, too much caffeine, medications, emotional upheavals and so on, can trigger insomnia. Luckily, there are also lots of thing you can do to help you get your sleep schedule back on track.
Check out the link below and you’ll find information and advice on dealing with insomnia, plus links to many other pages/articles that will help you get a better night’s sleep.
    Best of luck.

It is very possible that you do have one. but before you go to the DR. try doing 20 minutes or exerise before you get ready for bed. like do a light job or something then STRETCH. also give a hot shower or bath a try, it works for some people.
    good luck
