Its not every night but I sometimes find in my dreams I close my eyes and can’t open them again. I get the feeling of stress and strain on my eyes when I try to re-open them but I feel totally paralysed and its really horrible. Just wondering if it’s common and might be part of some sleep disorder related to depression.

  1. Walt says:

You might be describing nightmares. It is like trying to run, wake up, or move and you can’t . But if this is a disturbing matter probably it would be better for you to talk with your family doctor than ya. It could possible be a sleeping disorder that needs to be corrected. Some sleeping disorders cause you to not breath properly. EDIT: Quita has a point, but from what I understand, usually dream interpretations come from different patterned dreams than what you are describing.

maybe its dream interpertation that you need
maybe you feel that theres something wrong around you but you are too blind to see it, and youre trying to, but you cant.
    thats the impression i get.
