Every time I have a dream, it affect my mental thought process. For instance, I had a dream last night about me wanting to buy donuts, now, all day, i’ve needed to eat donuts. And a while ago I had a dream that I was goth, then after that I had the urge to become goth (and now I am). Is there some kind of mental disorder that this has been placed under?

I do not think that you have described is a sleep disorder. This happens because things that you have seen in you dream are on your memory. That means that your memory uses its sources to keep your dream on. this makes you to have in your mind thinks that you have seen on your dream. This things might be the most important sings of your dreams.

yeah i’d probably agree with the person above me.
you know when someone says something and it sounds really good…like if someone says ‘cheeseburger’ and then all of the sudden you get a craving for a cheeseburger? it’s probably like that, the idea just sounds really good to you…so you do it.

It just sounds like you’re easily influenced. Or like you become infatuated with ideas once they’ve entered your head.
PS – Sleep Apnea has nothing to do with that.
