I want to know if getting up at night to do something and then you can’t, i have been experiencing this for the past 3 months. I usually get up to drink a cup of water which is from 2 to 3 minutes and then i can’t get to sleep quickly. I have to wait like 30 minutes to get to sleep again. Sometimes more… Is this something or nothing?

Nothing is wrong. When you slept 3 hrs in the last 72 hours then you have a problem. It sucks
