It’s been like two or three days back to back that I haven’t got a good night sleep. Can anyone give me some advice?

Take a look at the link below for further information. (Mayo Clinic)
My first step would be to ensure you have a proper sleeping environment. Make sure your room is quiet, comfortable and dark. Your bedroom should be used primarily for sleep, so if your having problems sleeping you should not use your bedroom as a place to eat or watch TV (your bedroom is for sleeping). Many people have poor sleeping habits that contribute to insomnia (trouble sleeping). It’s best to avoid eating a meal right before bedtime, exercising within an hour of sleeping, drinking products that contain caffeine, watching TV in your bedroom, eating in your bed, etc. It’s very important your room stays dark. When you are exposed to light this causes your body to block the production of melatonin (yes, the same melatonin you can buy over the counter), melatonin is an important chemical your body makes to trigger your sleep cycle. As we grow older our body does not produce as much melatonin as it did when we were younger so it’s essential your room is dark and peaceful. Personally I would grab a nice book to help me relax and then keep the lights low.
If changing your sleeping habits has no success, I would advise you speak with your doctor as some medical conditions can also cause problems that contribute to your problems sleeping.

Have a hot bath before bedtime. That should help.
