Okay, ever since summer started, I’ve been staying up late. Like, up until 1AM and stuff like that. I didn’t think about it that much, since it is summer vacation. But recently, it’s gotten worse. Most nights, I can’t go to sleep until 3 or 4AM and then I don’t wake up until 2PM. Some nights I just don’t go to sleep at all. And no matter how hard I try to go to sleep, I just can’t do it.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Your body has probably adjusted to sleeping that late. You can try taking these kind of allergy pills that will make you sleepy, with no addiction factor at all. That way they are safe, and you can fall asleep earlier.

    Im the same during the summer holidays and I think a lot of people are the same try going to bed 10 minutes earlier each day and set your alarm clock every morning so that you try and get a normal routine back. Cutting out caffeine and alcohol and exercising in the day is always a good idea too.
